Medical Assistant

About the role

The Medical Assistant will support the new outpatient clinic and diagnostic center by handling front‑desk duties, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, record messages, greet visitors, and manage front‑desk flow.
• Schedule patient appointments, process referrals, and manage the WhatsApp service for test approvals and department coordination.
• Optimize physician calendars, organize meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
• Handle doctor fee collections, patient transactions, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Monitor medical and office supply stock, anticipate demand, and place vendor orders.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative and clerical duties within a medical setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.
