About the role

The Medical Assistant will support the new outpatient clinic and diagnostic center by handling front‑desk duties, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls, record messages, greet visitors, and manage front‑desk flow.
Schedule patient appointments, process referrals, and manage the WhatsApp service for test approvals and department coordination.
Optimize physician calendars, organize meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
Handle doctor fee collections, patient transactions, and maintain accurate patient records.
Monitor medical and office supply stock, anticipate demand, and place vendor orders.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative and clerical duties within a medical setting.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
