Marketing Specialist – B2B SaaS (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to lead our B2B SaaS marketing initiatives. You will own the full marketing cycle—from market research and strategy development to campaign execution and performance analysis—helping Leovoid grow its brand and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to define target industries, customer personas, and market gaps.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Improve website SEO, optimize landing pages, and monitor user behavior to increase conversions.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Design lead‑generation programs that drive demo requests and support the sales team.
• Enhance brand visibility, build partnerships, and explore new growth channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer acquisition and market dynamics.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced startup environment.
