Marketing Manager – Trading & Investing

About the role

MultiFi is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its trading and investing brand in Beirut. This full‑time hybrid position will develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies, manage multi‑channel campaigns, and drive lead‑generation performance across digital and traditional media.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise conversion‑focused campaigns with clear lead‑generation and funded‑account targets.
• Build end‑to‑end campaign funnels, own conversion rates at each stage, and produce post‑campaign P&L reports.
• Run social media channels as lead‑generation assets, creating market commentary, trading explainers and offer‑driven posts with strong CTAs.
• Manage paid acquisition on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, continuously monitoring CPL, conversion rate and cost‑per‑funded‑account.
• Develop and test landing pages, A/B test creatives and copy, and report full‑funnel performance weekly.
• Coordinate approvals with design, compliance and leadership to keep time‑sensitive campaigns on schedule.
• Leverage PR, media placements and influencer partnerships to generate inbound interest and qualified referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the financial services or trading sector.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, manage cross‑functional teams and ensure brand consistency.
• Data‑oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design, compliance and senior leadership.
