Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for Twellium’s beverage and bakery portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on building brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, and supporting revenue growth across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure visual consistency across packaging, advertising, and digital channels.
• Plan and execute product launches, creating collateral and coordinating campaigns with sales.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to align new products with market demand.
• Analyze product performance and devise tactics to increase market share.
• Maintain and grow the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and e‑commerce initiatives.
• Lead digital campaigns using AI and current marketing trends to boost traffic and conversions.
• Provide insights on consumer behavior and industry trends to support sales strategies.
• Track campaign performance through KPIs and ROI, delivering regular reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, specifically in the food & beverage sector.
• Proven record of successful campaign development and measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
