Marketing Manager – Build Marketing Practice

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to build and lead our Marketing practice from the ground up. You will act as a strategic advisor to startups and growing companies, helping them define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The role also involves shaping Poyesis’ own Marketing division and service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding, growth, content, communication and digital marketing strategies for client startups.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into measurable execution.
• Provide strategic consulting and mentorship to founders and senior leadership.
• Design and launch Poyesis’ internal Marketing services, processes and go‑to‑market plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new functions.
• Experience consulting or working closely with early‑stage companies.
• Ability to turn strategic concepts into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to founders.
