Luxury Fragrance Consultant – Retail Sales

About the role

Ramasat, a luxury fragrance house blending British elegance with Arabian heritage, is looking for a passionate Luxury Fragrance Consultant to join its Downtown Beirut boutique. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience while driving strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a world‑class luxury shopping experience for every client.
• Identify customer preferences and recommend fragrances that match their personality and lifestyle.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Maximize revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and premium product recommendations.
• Develop a VIP customer portfolio through personalized follow‑ups.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of fragrance notes, perfume families, layering techniques, and product collections.
• Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Represent the Ramasat brand with professionalism, elegance, and confidence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in luxury perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, or premium retail sales.
• Strong understanding of fragrance families, ingredients, and scent profiling.
• Track record of exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about luxury retail.
• Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Experience with luxury fragrance brands is highly preferred.
