Logistics & Warehousing Manager – Beirut

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG company in Beirut, is looking for a Logistics & Warehousing Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics operations across multiple markets. The role focuses on optimizing supply chain efficiency, controlling costs and ensuring high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics operations across several countries, covering inbound, outbound and e‑commerce warehouse activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock governance and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee transportation, freight and customs clearance processes.
• Drive logistics cost optimisation while preserving service quality.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
• Support S&OP by aligning supply, inventory and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement logistics and warehousing KPIs, governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop logistics and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain management.
• Proven track record managing logistics operations across multiple markets.
• Strong experience working with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) and logistics partners.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, transportation, customs clearance and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
