Logistics Specialist – Instant Coffee (EMENA & Americas)

About the role

The Logistics Specialist ensures cost‑effective, timely, and high‑quality execution of instant coffee shipments from origin to destination. You will collaborate with head office, shippers, clients, and service providers to guarantee smooth inbound and outbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with traders on position follow‑up and resolve commercial issues.
• Send shipping and delivery instructions to shippers, transporters, and warehouses.
• Place bookings with shipping lines and maintain accuracy in internal databases (SOL/Cargoo).
• Process and upload shipping documents, manage payments, and issue landing instructions.
• Monitor sample results, handle claims, and approve service invoices.
• Check warehouse stock levels monthly and report findings.
• Advise trading teams on logistics costs and provide solutions for execution challenges.
• Support the Logistics Manager with additional tasks as required.
