About the role

Fidelity Insurance and Reinsurance is seeking motivated professionals to join its growing team as Life Insurance Sales Consultants. In this role you will actively prospect, advise and build lasting relationships with clients, helping them choose the most suitable life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential clients, schedule appointments and present tailored policies, quotes, and coverage options.
• Negotiate personalized plans that meet each client’s unique needs and secure new business.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers to expand the client base and increase market presence.
• Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate policy changes or additions.
• Provide consistent follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage time and portfolio efficiently to maximise growth.
• Promote the Fidelity brand and its unique offerings within the industry.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Resilience and focus to succeed in a fast‑paced, evolving market.
• High school diploma required; a university degree is a plus.
