Legal Advisor

About the role

The Legal Advisor will support the organization by drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contracts and legal documents. You will work closely with internal teams such as Leasing, Retail, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review leasing contracts, consignment and retail purchase agreements, and franchise agreements.
• Draft and revise board and general assembly minutes, as well as legal notices and formal correspondences.
• Develop, review, and update contracts for marketing, operations, technical, and IT stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiations and prepare legal documents such as NDAs, SPAs, MOUs, and joint‑venture agreements.
• Provide legal advice to HR on labor matters, disciplinary actions, and employment contracts.
• Coordinate with HR and audit teams on investigations and recommend actions.
• Supervise paralegal and administrative staff to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and due‑diligence related to business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of Lebanese labor law and corporate governance.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal departments.
