Legal Associate

About the role

Lexfeeld is seeking a Legal Associate to support its AI‑driven legal platform. You will work closely with lawyers, product teams and clients to ensure that legal documents and AI‑generated outputs meet professional quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and refine contracts, policies and compliance materials.
• Research legal issues, analyse risks and provide concise guidance aligned with applicable laws.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and update legal templates and internal knowledge bases.
• Assist in maintaining consistent compliance practices across client engagements.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in law with experience handling legal issues in a business context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); bar admission or advanced studies are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple matters simultaneously.
