Junior Online Sales & Customer Support Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Online Sales & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients across digital channels and will also support the showroom team during busy periods. This role combines online communication with hands‑on showroom tasks, offering a fast‑paced environment for a proactive individual.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries on WhatsApp, social media, and website platforms.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional assistance.
• Guide customers through product information, availability, and order processes.
• Support online sales by ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Assist with showroom duties such as printing and organizing price tags.
• Verify that all displayed information is accurate and correctly positioned.
• Help the sales floor team during peak hours.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple conversations.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced showroom environment.
