Junior Dialect Voice Analyst

About the role
Podeo, the leading podcast platform in MENA, is looking for a Junior Dialect Voice Analyst to join its Content Creation Lab. You will ensure linguistic accuracy of Arabic podcast content by identifying and documenting the dialects used in audio recordings.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to audio samples and classify the Arabic dialect (Lebanese, Syrian, Egyptian, Gulf, MSA).
- Flag dialect blending or mismatches between spoken content and transcriptions.
- Provide corrective feedback and reference examples to improve dialect consistency.
- Document findings using QA and reporting tools.
- Escalate recurring linguistic patterns to support platform improvements.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native fluency in Arabic with everyday proficiency across multiple dialects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to sustain accuracy over repetitive listening tasks.
- Strong written communication skills in Arabic or English.
- Experience or interest in audio quality assurance, linguistics, content moderation, transcription, or voice technologies.
