About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Production Podcast Coordinator and Video Editor to join our creative team full-time. The role involves transforming raw podcast recordings into polished episodes, creating short-form teasers and supporting promotional assets.

Key responsibilities

• Edit long-form podcast episodes, ensuring seamless audio‑video synchronization.
• Perform color grading, audio cleanup, sound leveling, and transitions.
• Create motion graphics, intro/outro sequences, and captions.
• Handle large video files, maintain organized storage with secure backups.
• Manage file compression and export optimized for YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts.
• Produce short promotional clips for social media.
• Coordinate timelines to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Design collateral materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and marketing assets.

Required profile

• Professional video and podcast editing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• Adobe Audition or Pro Tools.
• Motion graphics creation.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• High-performance editing computer and cloud storage familiarity.
