Insurance Services Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Services Sales Consultant to join a leading multinational insurance organization in Jal El Dib. This client‑facing position focuses on helping individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and select suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions. No prior insurance experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients' financial protection and long‑term planning needs.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection products, explaining features and benefits clearly.
• Manage a growing portfolio of clients and provide ongoing service and policy follow‑up.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and professional outreach.
• Achieve individual and team performance objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and market developments.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

• Official Bac II certificate (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
