Insurance Consultant – Salary + Commission

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Consultant to join our team in Kesserwein and Jbeil. This full‑time position focuses on providing expert financial security advice and building long‑term client portfolios while earning a base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial and insurance consulting to individual and corporate clients.
• Identify client needs, propose appropriate protection solutions, and manage the sales process from prospecting to closure.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through regular follow‑up and relationship management.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in any field.
• Educational background equivalent to Bac+1 or related discipline.
• Own a reliable car for client visits.
• Strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
