About the role

Regional Insurance Company is a growing provider of insurance solutions for individuals and businesses in the local and regional market, offering reliable coverage, clear advice and responsive support. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Insurance Broker based in Jal El Dib, in a commercial area with direct access to clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, explain coverage options and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotes, review policy terms and process applications
• Coordinate with underwriters and internal teams
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, handle inquiries and renewals, and monitor market offerings for competitive and compliant solutions
• Document interactions, follow company procedures and contribute to sales targets

Required profile

• Prior experience in insurance brokerage, sales or financial services is preferred, along with familiarity with local regulations and market practices
• A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field is advantageous

Required skills

• Insurance brokerage and insurance knowledge to advise clients, structure coverage and navigate policy terms
• Finance and retirement planning skills to analyse client needs and explain the financial implications of coverage
• Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage several client cases and deadlines
