About the role
Fidelity Insurance is seeking a full‑time Insurance Advisor to work from its Jal El Dib office with hybrid flexibility. You will provide personalized financial and insurance consultations, helping clients choose solutions that match their goals and risk exposures.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct one‑to‑one client meetings to assess financial needs and risk profiles.
- Prepare tailored financial and insurance plans, covering investments, retirement and protection solutions.
- Maintain long‑term client relationships, handling policy updates, renewals and follow‑up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stay current on market trends and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Required profile
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in financial or insurance advisory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and succeed.
