About the role
Printcut is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Roumieh. The role involves overseeing HR processes and ensuring compliance with Lebanese labor laws.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role
- In‑depth knowledge of HR practices, Lebanese labor legislation, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
- HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR is a plus
