Learning and Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Development Officer to support both local and global training initiatives. The role involves coordinating programs, creating engaging content, and monitoring training effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Support social learning initiatives and create engaging learning content.
• Coordinate with external training providers and manage delivery of training programs.
• Organize training schedules, logistics, communication, and post‑training evaluations.
• Develop and update on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job material for local and global markets.
• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer and introductory sessions for training implementation.
• Monitor training effectiveness through branch visits, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
• Prepare reports and track key learning and development metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and support learning initiatives.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with training coordination, learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (a plus).
