Brand Promoter Operations Executive

About the role

KristiesLab is seeking a proactive Brand Promoter Operations Executive to manage the recruitment, coordination, and day‑to‑day operations of its promoter and brand ambassador network. The role ensures every activation runs smoothly and meets client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and onboard promoters and brand ambassadors, maintaining a robust talent database.
• Assign and schedule promoters for client projects, handle bookings, and manage last‑minute staffing changes.
• Coordinate briefing sessions, ensure logistics, uniforms, and materials are communicated before each activation.
• Monitor promoter attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and performance during activations.
• Collect attendance records, timesheets, daily reports, and activation photos; maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, and HR teams to ensure smooth project execution and high promoter engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with staffing, scheduling, or CRM systems (advantage).
