About the role
We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead our front‑of‑house team at Tastelab in Beit Meri. The role involves coordinating daily service, ensuring premium guest experiences, and supporting club events.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily front‑of‑house operations during service.
- Lead, assign sections, and support the team of waiters/waitresses, monitoring performance.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service standards, etiquette, and club protocols.
- Act as the liaison between kitchen, bar, and service staff, handling guest complaints and special requests.
- Maintain table setups, cleanliness, and presentation, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a senior waiter or head waiter in a fine‑dining or luxury setting.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure, and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
