Head of Marketing

About the role

Bilo is looking for a Head of Marketing to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition for its smart billboard platform. You will shape how the company is perceived by marketers and build repeatable growth engines that turn attention into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels such as content, paid campaigns, partnerships, community events, outbound outreach, referrals, SEO and new experiments.
• Develop and execute brand strategy to position Bilo as modern, trustworthy, and the go‑to solution for outdoor advertising.
• Build and nurture a marketer community through content, events and authentic conversations.
• Own the full growth funnel, track performance, and continuously optimise conversion from interest to qualified lead.
• Generate growth ideas, launch rapid experiments, measure results honestly and scale successful tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing, brand and growth initiatives, either as a Head of Marketing, early‑stage marketing lead or founder.
• Track record of building acquisition channels from scratch and delivering qualified leads.
• Deep understanding of marketer mindsets and the ability to speak their language.
