Head of Business Development

About the role

The Head of Business Development is a senior leadership position responsible for driving commercial growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role oversees Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Business Operations while shaping the company’s expansion strategy in the hospitality technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Success and Business Operations.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Oversee CRM and pipeline management, ensuring accurate business performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to guarantee successful client delivery.
• Build, mentor and develop high‑performing teams, establishing departmental OKRs and annual roadmaps.
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Operations or General Management.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience in SaaS, technology or hospitality technology is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
