Global Payroll Officer – Finance Department

About the role

We are seeking a Global Payroll Officer to join our finance team and manage employee compensation across multiple markets. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify salary, claims, allowances, overtime and other payroll inputs from relevant departments.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll sheets, calculate bonuses, commissions and other allowances.
• Schedule bank payments or issue paychecks and distribute payment slips and salary certificates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee payroll records and generate expense reports by market, entity and department.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws, staying informed of regulatory changes.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and collaborate with HR to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll processing experience with a solid accounting background.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy in data entry and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication abilities to interact with employees and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with payroll software and systems.
