Furniture Sales Consultant

About the role

Sleep Comfort is seeking a full‑time Furniture Sales Consultant to join its Beirut showroom. You will greet customers, understand their interior needs and guide them toward the best furniture and mattress solutions, creating a personalized buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and assess their style and functional requirements.
• Present product features, benefits and design options.
• Prepare accurate price quotations and process sales orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and keep showroom displays tidy and attractive.
• Build long‑term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding Sleep Comfort’s service standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales consulting experience, preferably in furniture, home décor or mattress retail.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to create a positive showroom atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and using basic POS or CRM tools.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, including weekends and peak retail hours.
• High school diploma required; further education in business, marketing or design is a plus.
