About the role
We are seeking a Showroom Manager for a new furniture concept in the Dora area of Beirut. The role involves overseeing daily showroom operations and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The position reports to senior management and plays a key part in the launch of the new concept.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the showroom
- Manage inventory levels, stock, ordering, receiving and displaying products
- Resolve any issue with clients
- Team management, coaching and evaluating staff performance
- Achieve targets through effective team and sales strategies
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Management, Interior Design or similar
- 5+ years of experience in a similar industry
- Age should be between 30 – 45 years
What we offer
- Salary $1500 – $1800
- Target‑based commission
