Fundraising Specialist Co‑Founder (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

The Fundraising Specialist Co‑Founder will help shape the financial sustainability of Manaa Foundation. Working part‑time and remotely, you will collaborate with the founding team to design and execute fundraising strategies that align with the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including donor cultivation and grant research.
• Draft proposals, prepare donor communications, and manage fundraising campaigns.
• Track funding pipelines, outcomes, and impact reporting.
• Build partnerships with individuals, corporations, and philanthropic organizations.
• Establish internal processes for donor stewardship, reporting, and impact communication.
• Contribute to strategic decisions, organizational planning, and long‑term vision as a co‑founder.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing.
• Strong relationship‑building, networking, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, email‑marketing platforms, and video‑conferencing software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time setting and meet fundraising deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and gender‑neutral practices.
