About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Accountant and Coordinator to manage the online shopping operations of our Baby & Toys shop, “Chez Les Petits”, located in Sin El Fil. The role combines accounting duties with e‑commerce order processing and will support both the warehouse and the physical store.
Key responsibilities
- Process e‑commerce orders: print, prepare, and invoice each sale.
- Enter order and sales data into the office system.
- Perform routine accounting tasks, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Assist with in‑store sales activities and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions.
Required profile
- Experience in invoicing and basic accounting.
- Strong mathematical and calculation abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; basic French.
- Lebanese nationality and residence near Sin El Fil.
- Availability for a full‑time schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 10 am‑6:30 pm.
