Full-Time Faculty Chair – Department of Finance

About the role

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Université La Sagesse seeks a qualified full‑time faculty member to serve as Chair of the Department of Finance. The Chair will lead the department, oversee program delivery, and teach undergraduate and graduate finance courses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, administrative and academic leadership for the Finance Department.
• Supervise, evaluate and coordinate workload for full‑time and part‑time faculty.
• Lead departmental meetings, program development, accreditation and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Design, prepare and deliver lectures and practical sessions in core and specialized finance subjects.
• Develop and continuously update course materials, case studies, assignments and assessments.
• Maintain consistent instructional quality and uphold academic standards across all sections.
• Assess student performance fairly, provide timely feedback and keep accurate records.
