French Educational Representative – Sales & Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Educational Representative to promote and sell our educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions. The role focuses on expanding market penetration, building a strong sales pipeline and delivering tailored solutions that meet the curriculum and teaching needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential and existing customers in the education sector across Lebanon.
• Generate leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops; training will be provided by experts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in educational institutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the manager on marketing, product development and customer support to align sales efforts.
• Gather and maintain accurate market data and regularly follow up with customers to identify evolving needs.
• Travel across the Lebanese territory, visiting clients and educational sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in French Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle regular travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
