Finance Operations Lead

About the role

TrueCare Marketing is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to own and streamline buyer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, payroll, commissions, contractor payments, and publisher payout reconciliation. This hands‑on position requires meticulous spreadsheet work, strong financial accuracy, and proactive follow‑up to ensure all payments are correct before approval.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate buyer invoices and maintain an up‑to‑date AR aging report.
• Track outstanding balances, follow up on past‑due invoices, and escalate significant overdue items.
• Reconcile incoming payments and publisher payouts against invoices and performance data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare, reconcile, and document payroll, intake commissions, performance bonuses, partnership commissions, and contractor payments.
• Submit finalized payment schedules for leadership approval and generate weekly AR, collections, and reconciliation reports.
• Maintain accurate financial trackers, audit trails, and support continuous improvement of finance workflows and controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, billing, collections, or payment reconciliation.
• Hands‑on experience preparing payroll, commissions, bonuses, contractor payments, or partner payouts.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple financial reports simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
