Executive Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Executive Sales Representative to expand our customer base in the freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics sector. The role combines telemarketing outreach with face‑to‑face meetings to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to identify prospects and present freight forwarding solutions.
• Conduct in‑person visits and deliver pitch presentations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strategic network of importers, exporters, and corporate accounts.
• Formulate and negotiate competitive pricing for ocean, air, and land freight services.
• Analyze market trends, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly sales quotas.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales experience; logistics experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to perform field visits; having a car and a driver’s license is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
