ERP Business Developer – Odoo

About the role

The ERP Business Developer will focus on generating new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions in Lebanon. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and propose tailored Odoo modules that drive efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business prospects for Odoo ERP within existing and potential client bases.
• Engage with clients to gather functional requirements and business challenges.
• Design and present customized Odoo ERP solutions, including appropriate modules and workflows.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, scopes of work, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with Odoo functional and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and proper design.
• Support client onboarding and assist in initial ERP implementation planning.
• Provide guidance on pricing, timelines, and resource allocation for Odoo projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on emerging opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and new Odoo functionalities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP business development, sales, or consulting.
• Proven ability to analyze client needs and propose appropriate ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
