Educational Sales Representative – English Market

About the role

The Educational Representative (English) will promote and sell our educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions across Lebanon. The role focuses on expanding market penetration, building a strong sales pipeline and delivering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of educators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential and existing customers in the education sector.
• Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops (training provided).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with managers on marketing, product development and support.
• Gather and maintain accurate market data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel regularly across the Lebanese territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
