Educational Representative – French Market

About the role

The Educational Representative (French) will promote and sell our educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions across Lebanon. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, driving market penetration and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential and existing customers in the education sector.
• Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops (training provided).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and maximise revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with managers on marketing, product development and support initiatives.
• Gather and maintain accurate market data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in French Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, team‑player attitude and initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
