Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Beirut. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost brand awareness, lead generation and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously refine digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new channels, audience segments and campaign approaches to improve performance.
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create, publish and manage content on social media channels.
• Monitor performance, produce regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to guide decisions.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
• Design and run email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing assets and growth initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
