Digital Marketing & Project Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Project Executive to support the day‑to‑day management of client requests, digital projects and marketing tasks. This remote contract position is ideal for someone with a solid digital mindset who wants to grow their skills in SEO, social media and paid advertising while coordinating with designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on client requests.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, writers and external suppliers.
• Update website content, blogs, images, banners and landing pages.
• Support SEO activities and assist with paid ad campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain social media content calendars.
• Create simple briefs for designers and track creative work.
• Oversee multiple digital projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Research leads and assist with outreach and lead‑generation activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, social media, website management or project coordination.
• Basic understanding of websites, SEO, social media, Google Ads and content marketing.
• Strong English writing and communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with clients, designers and developers.
• Eager to learn, take feedback and develop professionally.
