Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Manager to join our New Delhi office. The role will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated online marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Oversee social media platforms, schedule content and engage audiences.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams to produce compelling assets.
• Monitor performance using web analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve ROI and align initiatives with sales and marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.

Required skills

• Social media marketing and content scheduling.
• Lead generation campaign design and optimisation.
• Web analytics proficiency, especially Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
