About the role
The Café des Lettres is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team on AM shifts. You will work on both hot and cold dishes, supporting the delivery of high‑quality international cuisine while upholding strict food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring consistency and taste.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
- Assist with overall kitchen operations during morning shifts.
- Collaborate closely with chefs and kitchen staff to deliver timely, high‑quality meals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a la carte service environments.
- Background working with international cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen during AM hours.
