Demand Planning Officer

About the role

MADI international is seeking a Demand Planning Officer to join its dynamic team. The role focuses on accurate forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across brands, products, and channels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply‑chain teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels to guarantee product availability and reduce overstock.
• Manage replenishment planning and coordinate with suppliers for timely product delivery.
• Identify and highlight risks related to stock shortages, overstock, and overall inventory performance.
• Analyse demand and inventory data, prepare reports, and drive continuous planning improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in demand planning, supply‑chain, inventory planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory).
• Experience with ERP and forecasting tools such as SAP or Oracle.
