Supply Chain & Operations Executive

About the role

Arzberg Auto, an international automotive aftermarket trading company, is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Executive to oversee its back‑office supply chain and order‑fulfilment activities across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. The role is based in Al Badawi, Tripoli and requires close collaboration with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supply‑chain cycle from supplier RFQ to final shipment.
• Source quotations, compare offers, negotiate pricing, availability and lead times.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, track confirmations, backorders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor ETD, ETA and overall order status, coordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses and logistics partners.
• Plan consolidation and shipment of goods from multiple suppliers, ensuring accurate packing lists, commercial invoices and shipping documents.
• Maintain HS codes, country of origin information and other product‑shipping data.
• Record purchasing, sales and logistics data in Odoo ERP.
• Track supplier performance, handle operational claims, and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide customers and management with timely order‑status updates and weekly operational dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, suppliers and logistics partners to guarantee smooth order execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, import/export or international trading.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or spare‑parts industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems).
