Country Sales Manager – Baghdad, Iraq

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead our digital media sales efforts in Iraq. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Baghdad and across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new advertisers, agencies and corporate accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and business partners.
• Promote and sell advertising and digital media solutions to both prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare tailored sales presentations, proposals and media plans.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and CRM records.
• Lead client meetings, negotiations and campaign review sessions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide insights to support business growth.

Required profile

• Iraqi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales or a comparable sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and client acquisition abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
