Country Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and committed Country Accounting Manager to join our fast‑growing organization in Beirut. The role focuses on improving financial performance, reducing request‑for‑information (RFI) rates, and ensuring accurate reporting across the country scope.

Key responsibilities

• Take actions and decisions for Finance & Accounting (F&A) production teams to improve performance and decrease RFI.
• Analyze KPIs and requests from the Agency Finance team.
• Organise internal meetings with production teams and delivery managers to drive KPI improvements and onboarding training.
• Provide first‑level control and analysis for BS & P&L variations, cost allocation, finance reporting, consolidation packages, and bank reconciliations.
• Validate treasury reporting, produce financial statement appendices, and supervise statutory audits.
• Ensure direct contact with suppliers and internal Group stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting/finance role.
• Based in Beirut, Lebanon.
