Corporate Alumni Engagement Officer

About the role

SABIS, a global education network present in 21 countries, is looking for a Corporate Alumni Engagement Officer in Adma, Lebanon. The officer supports the implementation and continuous improvement of alumni engagement initiatives across the network, helping to build a connected alumni community that strengthens links between graduates, schools and current students. The role acts as a key contact for alumni initiatives, coordinating engagement activities, communications, events and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the SABIS alumni engagement strategy and help build an active, connected alumni community.
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of alumni programs, networking initiatives and regional or global events.
• Build relationships with alumni, school leaders and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for alumni matters.
• Work with schools, internal departments and external partners such as universities and employers.
• Coordinate alumni communications across channels, supporting content, campaigns and promotional materials with consistent messaging.
• Maintain alumni records and databases, support CRM and engagement platforms, and follow data quality, compliance, segmentation and tracking.
• Monitor participation and engagement trends, and generate reports and insights for decision-making.
• Help implement alumni engagement frameworks, policies and best practices across the network.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• SABIS graduate and/or prior SABIS experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, community building, communications, relationship management, event management or a related field.
• Experience coordinating engagement, networking or community-building initiatives and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience using CRM systems, engagement platforms and data analytics tools is an advantage.
