Corporate Alumni Engagement Officer

About the role

The Corporate Alumni Engagement Officer will drive SABIS®'s alumni engagement strategy across its global network. This role connects graduates, schools, and current students, fostering a vibrant alumni community that supports lifelong relationships and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the alumni engagement strategy and build an active, connected alumni community.
• Coordinate planning and execution of alumni programs, networking initiatives, and regional or global events.
• Serve as primary point of contact for alumni, school leaders, and stakeholders, handling inquiries and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with schools, internal departments, universities, and employers to enhance alumni opportunities.
• Develop and deliver alumni communications across multiple channels, ensuring consistent branding.
• Maintain accurate alumni records, manage CRM and engagement platforms, and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Monitor participation trends, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Implement alumni engagement frameworks, policies, and best practices across the network.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, community building, communications, relationship management, or event management.
• Experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects and engagement initiatives.
• SABIS® graduate or prior SABIS® experience is required.
• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
