Affiliate Marketing Manager – EdTech

About the role

Easy Game LLC is looking for an experienced, results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager for the education technology industry. The role develops, manages and optimizes affiliate marketing strategies, builds strong affiliate partnerships, drives student acquisition, increases conversions and maximizes revenue through performance-based marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates, publishers, influencers and strategic partners, and build strong relationships with existing ones.
• Manage campaigns, promotions, commission structures and performance incentives.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, leads, conversions and revenue, and analyze data to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and content teams on promotional materials.
• Track affiliate activity, ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay up to date on affiliate marketing trends and the EdTech market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in EdTech or digital services.
• Experience recruiting, managing and optimizing affiliate partnerships.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage several campaigns remotely; reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Understanding of affiliate networks, partnership management and performance-based marketing.
• Proficiency in tracking affiliate performance, analyzing KPIs and improving conversion rates.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools.
• Negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Lebanon time).
