About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as a Strategy & Transformation Consultant. You will work with a diverse global client base, helping them solve strategic, tactical, operational and transformational challenges using data‑driven insights and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams across various industries and problem statements.
• Develop and contribute to strategies and programs for large regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology to unlock value.
• Maintain and grow trusted relationships with client managers, acting as a reliable partner.
• Produce business recommendations, deliver client presentations, and structure analysis to address client problems.
• Lead team and external meetings, co‑lead project management, and mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and solution development.

Required profile

• Relevant consulting experience, preferably in strategy, transformation or performance analytics.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑impact recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
