Cold Calling Representative (SDR)

About the role

A fast-growing, YC-backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon is hiring Sales Development Representatives (cold calling representatives) to work on campaigns for global brands and AI companies, selling AI and technology solutions across international markets. The role is based onsite at Beirut Digital District (BDD) in Beirut, with teams also in San Francisco and London.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using a dedicated in-house dialer.
• Engage decision-makers and strangers, understand their needs and present relevant value propositions.
• Qualify prospects and book high-quality sales meetings.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, learning each campaign's product, audience and messaging.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions without relying heavily on scripts.
• Record call outcomes, prospect data and booked meetings accurately.
• Work toward individual and team targets for calls made, meetings booked and attended, and use coaching to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs; high performers may take on leadership roles managing teams of up to 15 SDRs.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1 level or above, with excellent spoken communication, pronunciation and listening.
• Confident speaking to strangers over the phone and able to stay motivated despite frequent rejection.
• Willingness to make cold calls for several hours per day, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Ability to learn new products and industries quickly and to switch between campaigns.
• Available to work onsite at Beirut Digital District, Beirut.
